Step into a weekend of earthy connection, mindful movement, and quiet strength with Root to Rise — a yoga retreat designed to help you ground deeply, grow steadily, and reconnect with your inner resilience. Nestled in the serene countryside of the UK, this retreat invites you to slow down and plant your roots — in your body, breath, and intentions — so you can rise into your fullest expression, both on and off the mat. Including Vinyasa yoga, Forrest, Rocket yoga, Restorative Yoga and more. The retreat will be hosted in a luxurious barn in the heart of Cotswolds, located just a few miles from Cirencester, the capital of Cotswolds, and both Cheltenham and Gloucester. The bedrooms are spacious, light and have twin beds and either have ensuite bathrooms or a shared bathroom (one between two bedrooms max). The venue also includes a hot tub and tennis court. We offer optional treatments & massages – Aromatherapy massage / Sports massage / Cupping massage / Personalized Facial £60/hr to be paid at the venue Expect some delicious and wholesome food (three meals plus nourishing snacks) throughout the retreat. All meals are vegetarian delights to nourish both body and soul. (Vegan option available – please request upon booking). To Include Deluxe Accommodation in a Twin Shared bedroom (en-suite or shared bathroom) £595 Single occupancy £899 7 yoga classes throughout the retreat (varied styles ie. Vinyasa flow, Rocket, Yin and Restorative). 3 meals per day plus nourishing snacks. Sound healing experience Creative workshop Optional massage at £60/hr – to be booked separately with the therapist Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation by the customer, regardless of the circumstances, the following refund fees apply: Bookings are NON REFUNDABLE but might be transferrable at the discretion of Fire&Bliss Team and provided we can fill your space. Treatments - beauty treatments are scheduled in advance and the schedule is created around it. The treatments can be cancelled with no fee up to 2 weeks before the retreat. 📝 Booking & Payment To confirm your retreat spot, a non-refundable deposit (e.g. £250) is required, or you can pay the full amount upfront. The full balance is due approximately 8 weeks before the retreat start date. 🔄 Cancellations & Transfers All bookings are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person only if your space can be filled. Beauty or therapy treatments can be cancelled up to two weeks before the retreat without penalty. ⚖️ Liability & Health Fire & Bliss accepts no liability for any loss, damage, illness, injury, or travel-related issues during the retreat or while traveling to and from it. You are fully responsible for your own health, wellbeing, and safety throughout your stay. 📸 Photography & Media By booking a retreat, you agree to being photographed and filmed during the experience. These images may be used by Fire & Bliss for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media and website content.
