📝 Booking & Payment To confirm your retreat spot, a non-refundable deposit (e.g. £250) is required, or you can pay the full amount upfront. The full balance is due approximately 8 weeks before the retreat start date. 🔄 Cancellations & Transfers All bookings are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person only if your space can be filled. Beauty or therapy treatments can be cancelled up to two weeks before the retreat without penalty. ⚖️ Liability & Health Fire & Bliss accepts no liability for any loss, damage, illness, injury, or travel-related issues during the retreat or while traveling to and from it. You are fully responsible for your own health, wellbeing, and safety throughout your stay. 📸 Photography & Media By booking a retreat, you agree to being photographed and filmed during the experience.
