We wanted a mat that feels as good to practise on as it looks. Made for serious practice, with excellent grip, a supportive 5mm cushioning and a generous surface to give you plenty of room to move, stretch, flow and find your space.
The sun and moon markings are there for more than just looking beautiful. We designed them to act as subtle alignment guides throughout your practice, helping you find consistency in your positioning without taking you out of the moment. The sun and moon placements can help guide your feet during wide-legged forward folds, giving you a simple visual reference for where to position your feet and create a balanced, spacious stance. At the top of the mat, the extended sun rays offer a general guide for thumb placement in Plank, helping you find a consistent hand position and a little more awareness through your alignment.
And because no two practices are ever quite the same, the generous 183cm × 68cm surface gives you plenty of room whether you are flowing through Vinyasa, settling into Yin, working on strength, practising inversions or simply stretching it all out.
