Meet your teachers
You'll be lead by 3 seasoned yoga teachers with vast experience in teaching classes, workshops, holding UK and international retreats, running studios and teacher trainings.

Ale Manning
Ale is a certified and registered E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, trainer and founder of Fire and Bliss, with extensive training across Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Restorative, Yin, Aerial and Prenatal Yoga.
Always a bit of a rebel, since stepping onto the teaching path, Ale has questioned the often dogmatic rules and traditions of modern yoga, looking for ways to make the practice more empowering, accessible and relevant to real life. Her approach brings together intelligent, embodied movement with a modern, down-to-earth application of yogic philosophy.
Ale has a knack for seeing what makes each student unique and helping them own it. Rather than teaching future teachers to copy what they’ve been shown, she encourages them to find their own voice, trust their instincts and teach from a place of authenticity.
Her favourite part is helping people become not just great yoga teachers, but confident, embodied and inspiring leaders that guide others with presence, purpose and plenty of heart.

Gemma Simpson
Gemma is a yoga teacher, trainer and mentor with over 24 years of practice behind her. Starting yoga at sixteen, her practice has grown into a career teaching internationally, hosting retreats and festivals, and mentoring yoga teachers and practitioners.
Gemma knows what it feels like to wonder whether you’re capable, enough, or you’re on the right path, This understanding sits at the heart of her approach to teacher training: creating the space, knowledge and confidence for students to stop looking outwards for all the answers and start trusting themselves.
Her teacher training goes beyond learning how to teach asana. Gemma sees yoga as a journey of self-discovery and transformation, helping future teachers develop not only the skills for an internationally recognised qualification, but the self-awareness, confidence and intuition to step fully into their voice.
Her greatest joy is watching people realise they are far more capable than they thought, and supporting them to become confident, authentic teachers who lead from a place of experience and heart.

Ola Lirka
Ola is a certified teacher and trainer with vast experience in Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Ashtanga, Forrest and Aerial Yoga
Her teaching is deeply rooted in alignment, but not alignment for alignment’s sake. She is passionate about finding what works for each body, while never losing sight of what that body might be capable of with time, patience and the right tools.
In teacher training, Ola teaches that what feels impossible today doesn’t have to stay that way. Progress comes step by step: understanding your body, building strength and mobility, refining your movement and gradually going deeper. She encourages students to adapt a practice to their current ability without turning modifications into a ceiling and never to underestimate where they can go.
Her aim as a teacher trainer is to help teachers understand movement so deeply that they can make the seemingly impossible feel possible for themselves and, ultimately, for each of their students.
