The sun and moon markings are designed to do more than look beautiful. They act as subtle alignment guides, helping you find consistency in your positioning while keeping your focus on your practice. The sun and moon placements offer a helpful reference for your feet during wide-legged forward folds, while the extended sun rays at the top of the mat give you a general guide for thumb placement in Plank.
The generous 183cm × 68cm surface means there is plenty of space for whatever your practice brings, from flowing Vinyasa and steady Hatha to Yin, inversions, strength work or simply stretching it all out.
