We wanted a mat that combines everything you need from a serious yoga mat with thoughtful details that actually help you practise. With excellent grip, supportive 5mm cushioning and a generous surface, there is plenty of space to move, stretch, flow and settle into whatever your practice looks like that day.
The sun and moon markings have a purpose beyond their beautiful design. They offer subtle alignment cues to help you find your positioning with ease. The sun and moon placements provide a helpful guide for your feet during wide-legged forward folds, encouraging a balanced and spacious stance. At the top of the mat, the extended sun rays give you a simple reference for general thumb placement in Plank, helping you create consistency through your hands and greater awareness of your alignment.
With its generous 183cm × 68cm surface, you will have room to move freely whether you are flowing through Vinyasa, settling into Yin, building strength, working on inversions or simply enjoying a good stretch.
